Originally from the Czech Republic, I moved to the UK to study at a university from which I successfully graduated. Now, I’m fully working in a field that inspires me every day. I’m always eager to learn, experiment, and grow, which is exactly why I created this blog. It’s a space where I can share the knowledge I’ve gained in the kitchen and beyond, as well as a few tales from my travels.
